1 This Contest is organized by Madame (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers") on its “madameonline.com” official site (“Site”) and is open for all Indian Participants (“Participants”) of the Site for participation.

2 To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to write a slogan on 'Friends/Friendship and upload the same on the Organizers website http://www.madameonline.com/. 5 lucky Participants would be selected for his/ her best slogan and would win free goodies from Madame.

3 The Participant grants irrevocable license to the Organizers to display, market the slogan/s uploaded on the Organizer’s website.

4 The Contest shall commence from 03 August'09 and shall conclude on 09 August'09

5 The winners will be contacted via email and phone call.

6 The management reserves the right of deferral/suspension/cancellation of the contest at any point of time.
