• No two offers or discounts canbe clubbed together unless specified.
  
  
• Prestige Card is valid for use during the period indicated on it and/or till the validity of prestige MADAME Membership.
  
  
• Prestige Card can be revoked or refused if a customer is involved in any act of farad, shoplifting,cheating with or without cause without notice.
  
  
• MADAME reserves the right to add, alter, amend revise and conditions as well as rules and regulations governing the prestige Madame Membership without prior notice.
  
  
• Points will be credited only if you present or quote your membership number at the time of payment. No points can be recorded once the transaction is complete.
  
  
• MADAME reserves the right to change the method of calculation of points accrual on Prestige Madame purchases at any point to reflect changing market conditions without any notice.
  
  
• Once points are redeemed or lapsed, they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
  
  
• MADAME will endeavor to ensure the availability and the quality of services provided by the programe or partners but will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure, to provide services or for ay reasons whatsoever.
  
  
• Any dispute arising will fall under the jurisdiction of course in Ludhiana only.
