Q. What does a Point stand for?
One Point is equivalent to rs.25 worth of purchase calculated on invoice values.

Q. How do I know, how many points have I earned on the purchase?
Your Invoice/ Bill carries the number of points earned on the purchase. We use state of art technologies to track points across all Stores. The same is updated via email and SMS too.

Q. Will get additional discount during promotions?
We would love to offer you more & more! During the promotions you re eligible to earn only the points, unless publicized on store.

Q. I am busy on my birthday and cannot shop! Now what?
You can shop during your complete Birthday week (three days before and three days after)

Q. I am not carrying my card/do not remember the membership number?
Your membership can be traced using any of he details you filled while registration.
